Ingredients

  • Cooking Oil
  • 2 small red onions (sliced)
  • 1 garlic (sliced)
  • ½ inch ginger (sliced)
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass (with stem pounded)
  • 1 stalk of curry leaves
  • 1 packet of Adabi Rib Soup Spices
  • 24gm Adabi Meat Savoury Curry Powder
  • 1 big red onion (blended)
  • Water
  • Beef (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon of toasted coconut paste
  • Potatoes (cut)
  • Coconut milk
  • ⅛ teaspoon of Adabi Asam Jawa Xtra
  • ½ tablespoon of brown sugar
  • ½ tablespoon of Adabi White Salt

Adabi Meat Curry

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat the oil, sauté 2 small red onions (sliced), 1 garlic (sliced), 1/2 inch ginger (sliced), 1 stalk of lemongrass (with stem pounded), 1 stalk of curry leaves, 1 packet of Adabi Rib Soup Spices.
  2. Mix 24gm of Adabi Meat Savoury Curry Powder & 1 big red onion (blended) with a little water then pour into the wok. Let boil for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
  3. After pouring in water, beef, potatoes & beef broth along with half coconut milk, leave it to cook until potatoes are tender.
  4. After that, add 1/8 teaspoon of Adabi Asam Jawa Xtra, 1 tablespoon of coconut paste, 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of Adabi Fine Salt & 1/2 of coconut milk into the wok. Let cook until the broth becomes more concentrated.
  5. Ready to be served.
