Heat the oil, sauté 2 small red onions (sliced), 1 garlic (sliced), 1/2 inch ginger (sliced), 1 stalk of lemongrass (with stem pounded), 1 stalk of curry leaves, 1 packet of Adabi Rib Soup Spices.
Mix 24gm of Adabi Meat Savoury Curry Powder & 1 big red onion (blended) with a little water then pour into the wok. Let boil for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
After pouring in water, beef, potatoes & beef broth along with half coconut milk, leave it to cook until potatoes are tender.
After that, add 1/8 teaspoon of Adabi Asam Jawa Xtra, 1 tablespoon of coconut paste, 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of Adabi Fine Salt & 1/2 of coconut milk into the wok. Let cook until the broth becomes more concentrated.
