  1. Fry four pieces of fish (medium size) seasoned with salt and turmeric.
  2. Heat 7 tablespoons of oil in a pan for 2 minutes.
  3. Add 120g of PSTBM and saute for 1 minute over a medium heat.
  4. Add 8 tablespoons of water into the pan.
  5. Let it cook for a while and turn off the heat.
  6. Then add the fried fish and mix well.
  7. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
