Heat the pan and add water.
Add PMLCP and crushed lemongrass into a pot.
Add in chicken/meat.
Bring it to boil and cover the pot.
Cook on a medium heat until the chicken/ meat softens.
Add in coconut mil and turmeric leaf that has been thinly sliced.
Cook until the sauce thickens.
