Tomato, Lime, 1 Red Onion, 5 Cloves of Garlic, and 10 Bird’s Eye Chillies

Cooking Instructions
SPICY SOY SAUCE CHICKEN
Marinate the chicken with ADABI TURMERIC POWDER and a little salt.
Heat the cooking oil and fry the chicken until half cooked. Set aside.
Then add the red onion, ginger, garlic and lemongrass. Sauté until fragrant and golden.
After that, add water, ADABI OYSTER SAUCE, ADABI PREMIUM SWEET SOY SAUCE, ADABI PREMIUM SALTY SOY SAUCE and ADABI RIB SOUP SPICES. Mix well until boiling.
Once boiling, place the fried chicken back together with holland onion, bird’s eye chillies and red chillies. Stir to mix well.
Finally, add ADABI CHICKEN FRIED RICE POWDER and spring onion. Stir well.
Ready to be served.
SPICY SWEET SOY SAUCE
Heat the cooking oil, toss the red onions, garlic, bird’s eye chillies and tomatoes. Sauté until fragrant.
Transfer the ingredients into a wooden mortar and pound until smooth.
Pour the chilli paste into a bowl and add ADABI SWEET SOY SAUCE and ADABI SALTY SOY SAUCE.
Squeeze lime and add sugar to taste. Mix well. If it’s too thick, add water accordingly as desired.
Ready to be served with Spicy Soy Sauce Chicken.
