Spicy Korean Sauce Fried Chicken

Cooking Instructions

  • Clean the chicken breast and cut it into fillets. 
  • Poke each fillet with a fork to ensure even cooking.
  • Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
  • Dip the chicken fillet into the beaten egg so that it is lightly coated.
  • Then, move on to the second layer coating with Adabi All Purpose Flour.
  • Heat up the frying pan and drizzle the cooking oil. Keep the temperature at medium heat.
  • Once the oil is heated, cook the coated chicken fillets until golden, approximately 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Once cooked, mix well with Adabi Korean Sauce and serve while hot.
