800g Chicken Fillets
2 Eggs
180g Adabi All Purpose Flour (Seasoned)
Adabi Korean Sauce
White Sesame (for decoration)

Cooking Instructions
Clean the chicken breast and cut it into fillets.
Poke each fillet with a fork to ensure even cooking.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
Dip the chicken fillet into the beaten egg so that it is lightly coated.
Then, move on to the second layer coating with Adabi All Purpose Flour.
Heat up the frying pan and drizzle the cooking oil. Keep the temperature at medium heat.
Once the oil is heated, cook the coated chicken fillets until golden, approximately 10 – 15 minutes.
Once cooked, mix well with Adabi Korean Sauce and serve while hot.
