Cornstarch (1 tablespoon of Cornflour mixed with 3 tablespoons of water)
Kailan
Mushrooms
3 cloves of Garlic
2 tablespoons of Adabi Seafood Sauce
1 cup of Water
2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
Adabi Salt
Black Pepper Powder
Oriental Stir-Fried Kailan & Mushroom in Seafood Sauce
Cooking Instructions
Boil a pot of water and drizzle a bit of cooking oil into the pot.
Once the water boils, add kailan and mushrooms.
Take out and arrange accordingly on the plate.
Heat up frying pan and add cooking oil. Then, add in the garlic and stir-fried until golden colour with aroma.
Next, pour in Adabi Seafood Sauce, salt and black pepper.
Once the sauce boils, pour the cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
Pour the gravy on top of the kailan and mushrooms.
Garnish with fried shallots and serve hot.
