• Cornstarch (1 tablespoon of Cornflour mixed with 3 tablespoons of water)

  • 2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
  • Adabi Salt

Oriental Stir-Fried Kailan & Mushroom in Seafood Sauce

Cooking Instructions

  • Boil a pot of water and drizzle a bit of cooking oil into the pot.
  • Once the water boils, add kailan and mushrooms.
  • Take out and arrange accordingly on the plate.
  • Heat up frying pan and add cooking oil. Then, add in the garlic and stir-fried until golden colour with aroma.
  • Next, pour in Adabi Seafood Sauce, salt and black pepper.
  • Once the sauce boils, pour the cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
  • Pour the gravy on top of the kailan and mushrooms.
  • Garnish with fried shallots and serve hot.
