• 3 large Squids (deep-fried with flour)
  • 1 packet Adabi Tom Yam Seafood Paste
  • 1 teaspoon of Adabi Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Adabi Chicken Fried Rice Powder
  • 2 cloves of Garlic (sliced)
  • 3 pieces of red shallots (sliced)
  • 2 stalks of Lemongrass (sliced)
  • 2cm of Ginger (sliced)
  • 6 pieces of Chillies (sliced)
  • 5 Kaffir Lime Leaves (sliced)
  • 2 sticks of Celery (sliced)
  • 6 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
  • Adabi Salt
  • Sugar
  • Water

Adabi Tom Yam Kung Fried Squid

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat up the pan with cooking oil and saut√© the red shallots, garlic, lemongrass, ginger and chilli.
  • Next, add Adabi Tom Yam Seafood Paste, Adabi Turmeric Powder and water.
  • After it boils, add Adabi Chicken Fried Rice Powder and continue stir to mix well.
  • Add few pinches of Adabi Salt and sugar. Let it simmer until it turns into gravy.
  • Add the deep-fried squids, celery and kaffir lime leaves.
  • Mix well and it is ready to be served.
