• 1kg Bamboo Sprouts (blanched)
  • 300g Fresh Prawns
  • 1 packet Adabi Sup Bunjut Soup Spices
  • 1 packet Adabi Vegetable Soup Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Belacan
  • 1 Onion (cut into 4)
  • 3 cloves of Garlic (sliced)
  • 3 Red Shallots (sliced)
  • 2cm Ginger (sliced)
  • 2 stalks of Lemongrass
  • 2 Red Chilli (cut)
  • 500ml Concentrated Coconut Milk
  • 4 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
  • Adabi Salt
  • Sugar
  • 500ml Water

Adabi Creamy Bamboo Sprouts

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saut√© the onions, garlic, ginger, lemongrass and Adabi Sup Bunjut Soup Spices until fragrant.
  • Next, add belacan and Adabi Vegetable Soup Powder and stir until it boils.
  • Put in the sliced bamboo sprouts, coconut milk and water. Simmer over medium heat.
  • Add in prawns and water, if needed.
  • Adabi Salt and sugar to taste. Bring to boil.
  • Turn off the heat and garnish with red chillies and shallots. Mix Well.
  • Serve hot.
