Wrap Skin Ingredients
1 packet Adabi Onion Fritter Flour
1/2 teaspoon of Cooking Oil
Wrap Coating Ingredients
1 cup of Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs (beaten)
500g Chicken Breast (diced)
200g Mixed Vegetables
1 Onion (chopped)
2 cloves of Garlic (sliced)
4 tablespoons of Adabi Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoons of Adabi Sweet Soy Sauce
4 tablespoons of Cooking Oil

Wrap Cooking Instructions
Mix together the Adabi Onion Fritter Flour, Adabi Salt,
and cooking oil. Mix well and sift the batter.
Heat up a non-stick pan and put in a scoop of batter. Leave it for awhile until cooked and put it aside.
Heat the pan with cooking oil, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add Adabi Oyster Sauce, Adabi Sweet Soy Sauce, diced chicken breast, mixed vegetable, Adabi Salt, and sugar to taste.
Stir-fry until the chicken is fully cooked.
Heat the pan with cooking oil.
Take the wrap skin, put in cooked chicken fillings, carefully wrap it and finally dip it into the beaten egg mixture.
Coat with bread crumbs and deep-fry until it turns golden brown in colour.
Once cooked, plate it and serve hot.
