  • 1 packet of Adabi Chicken and Beef Curry Powder
  • 3/4 cup of Coconut Milk
  • 11 pieces of Red Shallots 
  • 5 cloves of Garlic
  • 600 grams of Beef (sliced)
  • 1 inch of Ginger
  • ½ inch of Cinnamon
  • 5 pieces of Star Anise
  • 2 pieces of Clove
  • Cooking Oil
  • Adabi Asam Jawa Xtra
  • Adabi Salt

Adabi Authentic Chicken and Beef Curry

Cooking Instructions

  • Mixture 1: Pound and grind 6 pieces of red shallots, ginger and garlic.
  • Mixture 2: Add Adabi Asam Jawa Xtra and Adabi Chicken and Meat Curry Powder and mix well.
  • Marinate the sliced beef with Mixture 2.
  • Slice the remaining 5 pieces of red shallots.
  • Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Sauté the sliced red shallots with Mixture 2 and add the marinated beef.
  • Pour in 3 cups of water. Stir and let it cook for 30 minutes.
  • Add coconut milk, cinnamon, clove and star anise. Let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add salt to taste and serve hot.
