Adabi Rendang Powder can be used to create truly scrumptious Rendang; enhancing the genuine flavour and adding to the aroma of the dish.
A 24 gram packet is suitable for 4 pax.

Prepare 300ml or 1 cup of coconut milk and mix it with 1 cup of water.
Add Adabi Rendang Powder with other blended ingredients in a bowl and mix with 1 cup of water. Make it into a paste.
Heat cooking oil in a pot. Sauté the mix paste, chilli paste and lemongrass until fragrant and turns slightly brown in colour. Continuously stir the paste to prevent it from becoming burnt.
Pour the coconut milk, desiccated coconut, sugar, your choice of meat and Adabi Asam Jawa Xtra. Bring it to boil and add in sliced turmeric leaf and kaffir lime leaf.
Add salt to taste. Lower the heat and keep stirring until the gravy thickens.
