  • Cut chicken into the desired size, then wash and rinse. The thick parts of the chicken must be pierced with a fork or tip of knife to ensure quick and even cooking.
  • Beat the eggs and dip the cut chicken pieces into the coating thoroughly. Next, mix it with Adabi Fried Chicken Flour (Original) until it is evenly coated.
  • Heat the oil with medium heat and deep-fry the chicken until it turns golden brown. Best served when hot.
