Ingredients A: 125ml Cooking Oil, 5 Shallots, 2 cloves of Garlic, 2 tbsp Adabi Chilli Powder, 1 Red Onion, 125ml Water Ingredients B: 1 tsp of Salt, 10g of Adabi Tamarind, 2 tsp of Sugar, 125ml of Water (mix with Adabi Tamarind), 13-15 pcs of White Prawn  
  1. Saute ingredients A until the oil separates for 2 minutes over medium heat
  2. Add ingredients B and mix well for 5 minutes
  3. Add prawn and mix well for 2 minutes
