• 1 can Adabi Sweet Corn Kernel
  • 2 Pandan Leaves (knotted)
  • 100g Sago (ready-boiled)
  • 300ml Fresh Coconut Milk (Santan)
  • 100g Sugar
  • 100g Gula Melaka
  • Adabi Salt
  • Water

Adabi Sweet Corn Porridge

Cooking Instructions

  • Pour all the ingredients in to a big pot and bring it to a boil.
  • Stir slowly and evenly to prevent it from being burnt.
  • Make sure the fire is low while cooking.
  • If the taste is still lacking, add more salt and continue boiling until it becomes starchy.
  • Turn off the fire and ready to be served.
