• 500g Adabi Spaghetti
  • 1 can of Adabi Original Pasta Sauce
  • 15 cloves of Garlic (chopped)
  • 5g sliced Chilies
  • 5g Parsley Powder
  • 60g Olive Oil
  • 30g Black Pepper Powder
  • 8 pieces of Beef Salami
  • Adabi Salt
  • Water

Adabi Spaghetti Bolognese

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat a pot of water with a pinch of salt.
  2. Toss the boiled pasta, but keep 1/2 cup of the pasta water for later.
  3. Heat up a frying pan and pour in the olive oil. 
  4. On low heat, sauté the garlic and chilies.
  5. Pour the Adabi Original Pasta Sauce and mix well.
  6. Add the spaghetti, black pepper powder, parsley powder and Adabi Salt into the pan. Mix well. 
  7. Next, add in the pasta water.
  8. Grill the beef salami for 2 – 4 minutes and cut into slices.
  9. Turn off the heat and start plating, then sprinkle the grilled beef salami as topping.
  10. Ready to be served.
