• 2 small packets of Adabi Perencah Asam Pedas
  • 4 tablespoons of Adabi Thai Tom Yam Paste
  • Pinch of Adabi Seasoning Powder
  • Water
  • Favourite Oden Ingredients(Fish Tofu, Seafood Tofu, and others)

Adabi Signature Oden

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat up the wok and mix in Adabi Perencah Asam Pedas and water.
  • Then mix in Adabi Thai Tom Yam Paste and stir well.
  • Add in pinch of Adabi Seasoning Powder(upon preference).
  • Skewer the oden ingredients onto the sticks and dip into the thick sauce in the pot.
  • Once it boils and cooked. All is ready to be served.
