Adabi Rice Cubes

Cooking Instructions

  1. Boil rice cubes (nasi himpit) in a pot for 60-90 minutes. (The plastic can withstand a temperature of up to 106°C).
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. After the rice cubes are cooked, drain the water and leave it to cool. For a better outcome, leave it to cool for at least 3 hours.
  4. For immediate serving, place the rice cubes in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
