Adabi Oyster Sauce Stir-fry Shimeji Mushroom

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat cooking oil, sauté garlic and ginger until golden.
  2. Add holland onions and stir a little. Then, add in the shimeji mushrooms. Mix well until soft.
  3. After that, add the ADABI OYSTER SAUCE, sesame oil, ADABI CHINESE FRIED RICE POWDER together with sesame seeds, salt and sugar.
  4. Lastly, add red chillies and spring onion. Stir to mix well until fragrant.
  5. Ready to be served.
