• Yellow Noodle
  • 1 Adabi Fried Noodles Paste
  • 4 cloves of Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Adabi Chilli Paste
  • 3 tablespoons Adabi Tomato Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Adabi Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Adabi Oyster Sauce
  • Adabi Salt
  • Adabi Sweet Soy Sauce
  • Chinese Spinach (separate the stem and leaves)
  • Prawn and Squid
  • Green Lime (for decoration)
  • Spring Onion (for decoration)

Adabi Kampung-Style Fried Noodles

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat up the frying pan and sauté the garlic.
  • Pour in Adabi Chili Paste and continue frying until crispy. 
  • Pour and mix Adabi Chili Sauce, Adabi Tomato Sauce, Adabi Oyster Sauce and Adabi Sweet Soy Sauce.
  • Add in water, bit by bit, until the paste thickens and simmers. 
  • Add in prawn and squid. Keep stirring.
  • Next, add in the yellow noodle, chinese spinach leaves, and Adabi salt. Mix well. 
  • Lastly, top the dish with chilies, spring onions, and fried shallots. Squeeze some lime juice for a better taste.
