Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Chicken (cut into small pieces)
  • Water spinach
  • White rice
  • Anchovies (fried)
  • Adabi Fried Rice Powder
  • Spring Onion (sliced)
  • Fried shallots
  • Red chillies (sliced)
  • Cooking oil

Adabi Kampung Fried Rice

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat 4 tablespoons of cooking oil in a wok.
  2. Add the chicken, egg and water spinach to fry.
  3. Add 4 cups of cooked rice.
  4. Add 1 pack of Adabi Tom Yam Fried Rice Powder / Adabi Chinese Fried Rice Powder / Adabi Kampung Fried Rice Powder / Adabi Anchovy Fried Rice Powder / Adabi Chicken Fried Rice Powder and fry until combined.
  5. Decorate the fried rice with spring onions, chillies and fried shallots. The dish is ready to be served hot!
