1 tablespoon of Adabi Ribs Soup Spices
1 Adabi Sup Bunjut
2 cloves of garlic (grinded)
6 Red Shallots (grinded)
Ginger
Carrots
Cauliflower
Tomatoes
Celery
Coriander
Adabi Ribs Soup
Cooking Instructions
Sauté garlic, red shallots and ginger until fragrant.
Add in Adabi Rib Soup Spices and stir well. Next, add water, bit by bit.
Keep stirring until aromatic, then add sufficient water. Next, add Adabi Sup Bunjut Soup Spices.
Add in the cooked ribs with carrots and cauliflower.
Finally, add tomatoes, celery and coriander. Serve while hot.
