Ingredients

  • 1kg of Beef Cartilage (cooked)
  • 1 tablespoon of Adabi Ribs Soup Spices
  • 1 Adabi Sup Bunjut
  • 2 cloves of garlic (grinded)
  • 6 Red Shallots (grinded)
  • Ginger
  • Carrots 
  • Cauliflower
  • Tomatoes
  • Celery
  • Coriander

Adabi Ribs Soup

Cooking Instructions

  • Sauté garlic, red shallots and ginger until fragrant. 
  • Add in Adabi Rib Soup Spices and stir well. Next, add water, bit by bit. 
  • Keep stirring until aromatic, then add sufficient water. Next, add Adabi Sup Bunjut Soup Spices.
  • Add in the cooked ribs with carrots and cauliflower. 
  • Finally, add tomatoes, celery and coriander. Serve while hot.
