Adabi Banana Fritters

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat cooking oil for about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Mix one packet of Adabi Banana Fritter Flour with water and a bit of salt.
  3. Mix until thickened. Estimate each mixture is sufficient for single fry only.
  4. For 5-6 bananas, use an estimation of 100gm flour. The mixture uses a ratio of 4 parts water to 3 parts flour.
  5. Dip a piece of banana into the mixture and fry in the wok. Repeat the same process for the rest, fry and flip until golden brown.
  6. Remove the banana fritters from the wok and drain the oil.
  7. The fritters are preferably served hot.
