Adabi Anchovies Fritters

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix the ADABI ANCHOVIES FRITTER FLOUR with 150ml of water in a bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a wok over medium heat.
  3. When the oil is hot enough, scoop the mixture with a spoon and place into the wok.
  4. Fry until golden-brown, lift and toss.
  5. Ready to be served.
