Shelf Life
  • 18 Months
  • Grind 10 shallots and 5 cloves of garlic with water. Mix well until it turns into a paste.
  • Mix together with Adabi Chicken and Meat Kerutuk Powder and put aside.
  • Blend 1/2 inch of ginger, 5 cloves of garlic and 1/4 inch of galangal. 
  • Heat oil in a cooking pot and sauté the ingredients with pounded lemongrass until fragrant and light brown in colour.
  • Add in the mixed kerutuk paste and sauté gently on low heat for 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Add chicken or meat, desiccated coconut, coconut milk, tamarind paste, water and sugar. Cook until everything thickens.
  • Add pounded chilli padi and salt to taste.
  • Ready for serving.
