Boil 1kg beef ribs with 10 cups of water until tender.
Heat the cooking oil. Sauté garlic, onions and ginger until fragrant.
Add in the beef ribs together with the stock, potatoes and Adabi Beef and Ribs Soup Paste. Let it boil at medium heat for 30 minutes or until the potatoes become tender.
Add salt to taste. Garnish with coriander and fried onions
