  • Adabi Rendang Paste can be used to create truly traditional and scrumptious Rendang, enhancing the genuine flavour and adding to the aroma of the dish. 
  • Suitable for cooking with chicken, beef or mutton.
  • A 120g packet is recommended with 300g of meat.
  • Tip: To enhance the flavour of the dish, add in turmeric leaves and kaffir lime leaves.

  • Prepare 4 cups of coconut milk.
  • Add in 1 packet of Adabi Rendang Paste, 300g of meat (can be beef, chicken or mutton) dan coconut milk into a pot. Mix well.
  • Cook on low heat. Stir gently until meat turns tender and gravy thickens. 
  • Ready for serving.
