Shelf Life
  • 18 Months
  • Heat up cooking oil in a cooking pan.
  • Sauté sliced onion, red shallots and garlic with some curry leaves.
  • Add in the Adabi Seafood & Salted Fish Curry Powder and some water, stir well. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Then, add the remainder of the water, diluted Adabi Asam Jawa Xtra, and your seafood of choice. Let it cook on high heat for 2 minutes until it boils.
  • Lower the heat, add salt, coconut milk and tomatoes. Leave to cook for 10 minutes.
  • Ready to serving.
