Adabi Seafood & Salted Fish Curry Powder can be used to create truly mouthwatering seafood curry; intensifying the authentic flavour and enhancing the aromatic effect.
A 24 gram packet is suitable for 4 pax.
Heat up cooking oil in a cooking pan.
Sauté sliced onion, red shallots and garlic with some curry leaves.
Add in the Adabi Seafood & Salted Fish Curry Powder and some water, stir well. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Then, add the remainder of the water, diluted Adabi Asam Jawa Xtra, and your seafood of choice. Let it cook on high heat for 2 minutes until it boils.
Lower the heat, add salt, coconut milk and tomatoes. Leave to cook for 10 minutes.
Ready to serving.
