Cooking Method

Honey Chicken Marinade Powder, 1 packet
Chicken, 2kg (for 100g powder) or 1kg (for 50g powder)
Cooking Oil, 100g (for 100g powder) or 50g (for 50g powder)
Sugar, 140g (for 100g powder) or 70g (for 50g powder)

Microwave Oven / Oven

Rub the chicken with Adabi Honey Chicken Marinade Powder, cooking oil and sugar.
Cover the marinated chicken and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
Preheat the Microwave Oven / Oven at 180’C and cook the marinated chicken for 15 minutes or until it is fully cooked.

Air Fryer

Rub the chicken with Adabi Honey Chicken Marinade Powder, cooking oil and sugar.
Cover the marinated chicken and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
Preheat the air fryer at 180’C and cook the marinated chicken for 20-22 minutes or until it is fully cooked.

Suitable for other ingredients including fish, meat, tofu and potatoes.
