  • Suitable for any type of fish, but works best with stingray, mackerel, pomfret and barramundi.

  • Clean the fish and marinate for 5 – 8 minutes with 1 packet of Adabi Grilled Fish Paste.
  • Wrap the fish with banana leaves and heat up the pan with a dash of cooking oil.
  • Grill the fish on both sides until cooked. 
  • Serve with tamarind sambal sauce on the side.
