Cooking Method

Clean the fish and marinate for 5 – 8 minutes with 1 packet of Adabi Grilled Fish Paste.
Wrap the fish with banana leaves and heat up the pan with a dash of cooking oil.
Grill the fish on both sides until cooked.
Serve with tamarind sambal sauce on the side.
