  • Pour 6 cups of water into a cooking pot.
  • Add 1kg meat (cut into small pieces). Boil on low heat until the meat becomes tender.
  • Add 3 packets of Adabi Thai Soup Paste with cut potatoes, sliced onions and tomatoes.
  • Once cooked, garnish with coriander, spring onions and fried shallots. Serve hot.
