Adabi Beef & Ribs Soup Paste is the ideal partner for the ultimate meat lover, dishing out delicacies such as Beef Soup, Ribs Soup, Oxtail Soup and Sup Gearbox.
Best when cooked with chicken, beef, mutton or ribs.
A 40g packet is recommended for 200g of meat while the 100g packet is recommended for 500g of meat.
Tip: For a richer, more flavourful taste, use beef and ribs stock.

Cooking Method

Boil 1kg of meat or ribs with water until it becomes tender. Put aside for later.
Add in 14 cups of water into a cooking pot and bring it to boil. Add Adabi Beef & Ribs Soup Paste.
Add in the meat together with onions, carrots and coriander. Then continue boil for 10 – 15 minutes on low heat.
Garnish with coriander and fried shallots.
